I'm still in the same zone, have never left. I again start by shouting, /friends, and /petitioning for a GM to take this item from me. I have yet to see him again, and it is a sad state of the community to meme on me for this. I guess it is now my responsibility to spend my entire P99 career trying to get an FBSS back to someone who has seemingly little to no overlap with my playtime, or a friends group large enough to let him know.
