				I use hex bar too, that builds quads better anyway.  I’d start going up on that.  I honestly hate the leg press, I think it’s useless.  Maybe work on form with squats?

 Haha I’m around. I’m glad the thread is still going strong. I don’t have the energy to pour into it anymore though. 
The gym I was going to shut down for a while then limited their hours. I bought a home and made my own gym. Ordered a bunch of stuff from rogue and found some stuff on letgo. I finally completely it this past week. Pretty psyched. Will be getting back to my pre Covid Size.
