/ooc being global is not classic.
Pretty sure that's what they were saying.
(Though I'd add that on Tarew Marr, up as far as PoP, I never saw OOC that resembled R99's crap. If you think that means it was "full of lames," okay, but it sure seemed like a stable community to me.)
