I could've sworn there was a point in time when the bard Faction song was able to be modified by Wind. But alas, I don't recall when nor do I have evidence for this

At level 60 it's I think a +600 Faction mod. Sky flute bumps that to 1320, CT Flute to 1440, Puretoned to +1680?
