Of course the Patriots owner is going to lie about what's in the report.
Go to page 8. What he actually means to say is that after testing the first time, they tested a little lighter the second time. You've got to let a little bit of air out every time you test a ball, so come to your own conclusion.

There's a huge difference between submitting the balls to the officials at 14psi and having the officials deflate the balls to 13.5psi and what the Patriots have done. Let me know when Aaron Rodgers has his ball boy steal the game balls after they've been turned over to the officials and then sneak them into the bathroom to add more air.
