I think you meant "if you vote Republican before 30 you have no heart". But yeah, both parties are an incomprehensible mess of inconsistent and often conflicting policy ideas, designed purely to divide and conquer the American people. I'd change that saying to "If you identify with either the D or R parties, you have no brain."
At least with the white house and congress split right now, they'll hopefully be able to do less damage.
