Budley I probably didn't make myself clear enough in guild and I am sorry for that.
You by no reason should have immediately went to the forums to bring down this guys name like this. It's not fair that you did not get your powerlevel that you paid for but that is no reason to automatically assume that Recka scammed you. As I told you I had power leveled someone before and they LD on me but ended up paying a few days later. I did not even petition the guy at all either. I put him on my friend list and waited till the next time I saw him, and even if he wasn't going to pay me I would of let the GMs take care of it.
Also could you please change the title of this thread and original post as I asked. Mistakes were made on both ends, lets just man up and move forward.
