Except there is only very weak anecdotal evidence for Nibiru. If you could even call it evidence. Trying to force ancient Sumerian carvings to mean that they had found an additional planet in our solar system is hardly what I would call evidence.
That's what I'm talking about. It's not even specific enough to say if it was a lost planet, or there was once a missing planet... or were they counting from the outside in or the inside out... in their astrology/astronomy.

We can only make a best guess at what nibiru was... was it a giant comet...etc... (hence my guess that nibiru was actually Mars) - I say mars because it's atmosphere was once more rich and it has "artifacts" and "anomalies".

A giant gass giant is much less likely to have large hominid species. So I think most of the Niburu theories are complete bullshit in that regard. That and If the Anunaki are our ancestors and the Sumerians were writing about the end of the Anunaki civilization. The best place for them to be from would have been Mars.

Anyway - nifty: http://solarsystem.nasa.gov/planets/...fm?Object=KBOs

There's too many options for Nibiru...

Not to mention the big bright object we saw passing the sun 2012/late 2013 which was massive and is now well on its way out. Was only caught on a few frames though before JPL had the databanks scrubbed/shopped.

Most likely it was unremarkable other than it was evidence the Sumerians may have known more about astronomy than we'd like to give em credit for.
