You're really not getting this, are you? No matter how awesome your idea sounds, if it involves forced PvP it's not happening.
I'm not trying to ruin your fun or say that you shouldn't want it or even imply that it's a bad idea, just saying that
it will not happen because it involves some form of forced PvP.
