according to the court report, he had just had sex with another woman, got up and was still hard, the alleged victim was laying down with her legs open, pulled him down onto her and shoved his hand between her legs. his hand had semen on it from the previous sexual encounter. He never actually penetrated her. the "victim" saw a filthy rich royal with his pants down and went in for the financial kill.
