Faction Questions
 

Another newbie question...

If I am looking at quests on the wiki, and the quest-giver has Factions - none Opposing Factions - none does that mean:

1.) The NPC will not be KoS to anyone and anyone can do the quest turn ins

-OR-

2.) Just that if you kill the NPC it will not result in any faction gains or losses

Also the Wiki isnt correct all the time. I'd look other places like alla's just to backup what wiki says.
