There are four ton warrior totems in the game. Make sure you're getting the right one.

The spell is droppable.

Is it droppable on Project 1999, or only on Live EQ? When I got it on P99, it read NO DROP, though I noticed that it eventually became droppable on Live. It should be droppable at this point in the EQ timeline, but I have yet to be able to get another Ton Warrior Totem to drop to test it.

I did this quest on my mage and transferred the spell to my chanter a few months ago. You can also find them for sale in EC every so often.
