However, just as you can only camp one spawn point, the same applies to anyone else. Every mob beyond the one you camp is "FTE" (First to Engage), which means whoever agroes it first gets it.

So, to address your specific situation, both of you are in the wrong. You weren't really camping anything, because you zoned, and the other person can only camp a single gnoll (and then they have to make sure to engage it soon after it spawns every time, or else they aren't really camping it). Beyond that whoever agroes any given gnoll first gets it.

For more detail search for the existing 50 page threads on this topic ;)

Arent these the rules for an outside camp? indoors i think a camp consists of everything you can keep cleared and see from the spot you are centrally located.

Where may I ask did you get that idea?

zoning or dying ABSOLUTELY matters. However it's up to the player if they wanna take ur camp as it's kind of considered a dick move. But if they're playing lawyer-quest, you lose by zoning/camping/dying IF the mobs are up.

(replied to wrong person, sorry meant to reply to the person you replied to)

How long ago was that quoted statement from Braknar because there's more than 3 spawn points for AC in SRO. If this was the case, then whats not to say a player would zone into SRO with his 2 buddies and each player would take a spawn point to always get the ring if AC spawns?

That would be legit. This is how quillmane is done, for instance.
