Person knocks, resident opens the door, guest comes inside... then they leave the front door WIDE open. I get that they don't want to distract the viewer with unnecessary detail maybe I guess whatever, but the front door.. wide open! Happy reunion? Casual visit? Banging on the living room couch as soon as you walk in? WELL THE FRONT DOOR IS OPEN

It's really never obvious, as they don't intend it to be. But it happens all over the place - movies, sitcoms, etc. I had just watched the movie Young Adult and they left the front door open and I got angry and came here, but it wasn't a special or exaggerated case or anything. Now you're all gonna look for it when you watch anything and get mad too.

I notice things like this a lot too, same with car windows. In the same scene it will flash to the passenger and the window is down, then the next it is up. Never showing anyone raising or lowering the window. And they flash back to the passenger before they would even have enough time to raise it anyways. Then friend_101 says well maybe they had their hand on the button raising the window...and then your like /unfriend

I stopped getting mad when I quit in summer '10. Didn't have DA up my ass for a while so I was able to mellow by the time I came back in '11 ya know.

and yeah I've had the frames for part 2 of my signature ready to be composed into a gif for like a year and a half now I just haven't.. done it. I still hope to! one day.
