The picture/post alone isn't grounds for a ban, they would have to further investigate the accounts. If that was reason enough to ban someone then all anyone would have to do is copy someone's WTS from ecforum into a RMT forum and you could get anyone banned. If its not you RMTing then don't worry about it you won't get banned.
