Vesica Dei: Cant Kill a VP Dragon? Constantly Ruin other guilds attempts

Vesica Dei: Most Pathetic Fucking Guild on Project 1999.

Way to bring p1999 to a new low. For the last few days, Vesica Dei has been unable to do anything but use illegal memblur exploits to ruin Dragon raid attempts for a guild that can actually kill the dragons. On live, a memblur never instantly CH'd a target, while on p99 it incorrectly does exactly that. Allowing a single enchanter to cause a 32k mob to be completely healed and ruin an attempt.

Vesica Dei's leadership is absolutely pathetic to be abusing this mechanic for no other reason than to cockblock a better guild than you. You are unable to stop us using legit methods, such as training (legal in Veeshan's Peak) so you resort to illegal tactic. Each one of your members that goes along with such shittastic behavior should be shamed off the server. And each one of you that are wearing your "Vesica Dei" tag thinking you are in the nicest guild on project 1999 should reconsider that. You are marked as trash.

Funny part about all this is that Coldblooded and all her glorious non level 60s she has in the guild doesnt have the nads to step up and actually bring a raid force into VP. She thinks that by pullin this shit we are going to bow down and agree to some sort of unearned rotation. Lets be very clear here VD. You will NEVER GET A ROTATION THIS WAY!! It will not happen.

Till you buck up and bring your crew into VP and start showing you can handle VP dragons you can memblur all year. This will not get you the desired result your after.

Nah my guess is TMO will fly in the face of logic and reason and continue to subject their members to 6 hour fails. Just remember TMO, its a lot easier for a couple VD enchanters to sit there and roflstomp (read: memblur) your targets, then it is to organize and motivate a raid full of players for multiple fails. There is no question who will burn out in this first.

I'm not even able to go to VP yet (working on it) but just by paying attention to whats been going on in there the last few days I can tell that this is something that simply should not be happening. From what I've heard (never did VP on live), VP was also a no- or low-CSR zone on Live as well. Granted, usually issues in VP back on Live were NPC related, not PC related, because typically each server had 1 guild that was VP capable. The P99 VP stance is this:

After the first 24 hours of Veeshan's Peak, the zone will become a Non-Disputable Zone. CSR will not be responding or taking any action on disputes that involve the zone. You are on your own.

I don’t blame either guild one bit for zealously defending its interests. I expect VD to do everything it can to win a spot in VP. If nothing else, TMO has shown that it is willing to negotiate with rivals if the situation calls for it. I really hope VD is willing to do the same in good faith.

I really don’t think memblurring dragons is going to get VD where it wants to go in the way they hope it will. And, I don’t believe that trolling and ranting on forums will get TMO where it wants to go.

I’m sure VD feels similarly pumped by any oppression they feel TMO has wrought. The end result of all these shenanigans is that we end up at the bottom. I suspect this will fall upon deaf ears, but surely there is a better way to work this out. If we could, more or less, hold to an agreement this would all go away. I’ll go so far as to suggest to VD that if they begin killing VP dragons TMO will come to the table. The key is working here in good faith. Even training each other wouldn’t be so bad. That can dealt with, but to interfere with our raids when you are not yet competing leaves a very bad taste in TMOs mouth. We should have a cordial relationship when it is time for us to have a relationship.

This is why I don't understand the big desire to be 'the best' in eq. This is all it is. If you are getting the most kills, people will just chalk it up to numbers. If you're not, then you're bad. Thank you for your post, i agree with 99% of what you have posted. This will only end badly for both guilds. We need to usher in a ear of new cooperation not a new era of pain and anger. Players on both sides are really worked up due to their perceptions of being wronged. We need to leave that all in the past and create a framework of civility not only for VD and TMO but for all guilds on this server. I don't know if you are an officer or just a member who wants something better, regardless your rational words ring true and I invite you and yours to open communication with a focus on resolution.

Way to bring p1999 to a new low. For the last few days, Vesica Dei has been unable to do anything but use illegal memblur exploits to ruin Dragon raid attempts for a guild that can actually kill the dragons. On live, a memblur never instantly CH'd a target, while on p99 it incorrectly does exactly that. Allowing a single enchanter to cause a 32k mob to be completely healed and ruin an attempt.

Vesica Dei's leadership is absolutely pathetic to be abusing this mechanic for no other reason than to cockblock a better guild than you. You are unable to stop us using legit methods, such as training (legal in Veeshan's Peak) so you resort to illegal tactic. Compare that to say a real repairman - a surgeon. That guy has to work on an "engine" (the heart, lungs, a brain, ect) while its still running. Often under a strict time schedule. The second pic is the shop were I got ceritifed. The 3rd is a training part. For anyone to even touch a part that is certified you must have a lvl 4 certification which is the highest step for a repairman. To give you an idea lvl 3 cert takes about about 5 years to obtain with schooling and on the job training.

Thats the shop i got trained at. I now work in Fl. i fix personal jet turbine engines for rich people basically. They come from around the world to get fixed because the actual part we specialize in (combusion chamber, liner ducts ect) are very expensive to buy new, and we are considered the best in the world at what we do for fixing them.
