I was under the impression Harrison Cut's meat for a living. which i am pretty sure he's said a few times in IRC things that led me to believe he's like a butcher.

I can tell you beyond the shadow of a doubt if he works at Kroger as a "meat-cutter" (Which is their term for butcher) he's probably making some pretty good cash.

Just saying.

-Former Kroger employee
*My friend used to be a "meat-cutter" at Kroger and made around $17 an hour....16 years ago

Lets see...... $17/hr is ~$35K in 1995 dollars.... assuming pay has grown close to inflation... which would now be ~52K / year now...

Holy shit, that's right about $50K / year more than Pico makes giving $1 blowjobs...

Didn't read the thread but meat cutters make bank man. My buddy makes $23 an hour. $23 x 40 hrs x 52 weeks is 47k without overtime.

I don't know what ass backwards hickville you live in also, but monkeys don't get paid $11/hr to stand around and fling shit up here.

Harrison

Again, that is absolute shit up here.

Warehouse workers get $12/hr to pick things up and put them down. That doesn't even require training, skill, or knowledge.

I started out at 6 bucks an hour in a grocery mart - working often in the Deli/Meat Shop section handing out steaks to people. 3 years there gave me a good familiarity with normal cuts, so when I left there I went to work at a small meat shop inside a 'natural' grocery store. They started me at 11/hr, and after 3 years I was making 700/wk salary.

Imaginary. Minimum wage isn't even that low lol

Nice try, kid.

i actually used to work in the meat dept (not deli) of a grocery store (i was 14). the turnover rate was stupid, one worker even managed to destroy an insanely expensive beef grinder on his first day some how.

the only guy that was there the whole time during my stint was this 45 year old psychopathic hell's angel's member who had to work there as part of his parole agreement or something. he had severe anger management issues and we had to continually replace garbage cans and soap dispensers because he would smash them in fits of insane rage

these people make ~$17/hour if they're lucky

Because Harrison just isn't a "Meat Cutter". He is one of the super skilled mega pro elite meat cutter's. Duh, any fool would not pay this swine his honorably $17 a hour wage. Lol how old you again 30? Seriusly dude bragging about this wage is funny at best. Though bragging that you cut meat for a living is even more funnier. Especially when your on a forum full of nerds.
