Missing drops and a missing mob

A friend of mine was doing some leveling and reported certain items weren't dropping, so I did some investigation. This applies to both blue and red.

Pristine Kobold Pelt (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=18880) not dropping off the sentries and watchers in Toxx forest.

Along with this the Kobold Ribcage and Kobold Sternum are not dropping from them either. This is from the Paineel era timeline. Maybe I just had bad luck but... doubtful!

I also could not get Obretl (http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=3662) to spawn in his tower in SRO.

The Terror forged mask quest etc are all in game for Paineel. Just wanted to follow up on these items. More to come as I do my poking around as time permits, but it may be quicker to get some developer eyes.

Obretl is a good find.

Kobold Pelts were most likely implemented with Warrens (Velious era).

They dropped off the mobs in Tox too. The same quests are in for the terror-forged mask etc. It was just expanded to drop in Warrens afterwards.

Dug this one up to postulate that Obretl (http://wiki.project1999.com/Obretl) is not spawning.

Did a bit of research into forums and saw this mob had been modified before by developers to be a rarer spawn but I'm beginning to believe he's bugged in some way.

Can anyone playing on Red server confirm finding and killing him recently?

Yeah I've seen obretl on blue and red.
