When I read "film the police" I wasn't thinking of audio and didn't fully read what you said.

you can upload video but if there isn't explicit consent for the audio portion and you include it you are literally terrist

So I read some recent news articles because I had only previously read one regarding an Illinois man who took video of police officers and is refusing a plea deal. From what I've read and how I understood it:

States that have laws regarding "two-party conversation" require that both parties consent to the audio taping, meaning you cannot secretly record anyone. Of cases that have gone to court (that I am aware of), prosecution has only been upheld in cases where audio was captured in a "secretive" manner.

Our founding fathers had real problems and hardships imposed on them via the king. You're just a fucking crybaby bitch living comfortably, albeit stupidly. You're so worthless it is staggering.

Our founding fathers were almost all wealthy businessmen who stood to become even more wealthy once they were free from the crown. Signing the declaration of independence was the ultimate business venture. The taxes that became the fuel for the revolution didnt affect the normal person's life. They only affected the pocketbooks of the rich. "No taxation without representation" movement was created through propaganda and drummed up just enough anti-crown sentiment to allow the elite to field an army. Read a history book. Most of our founding fathers didnt give two shits about the general populace. Its always been about the money.
