Okay so these two guys must have seen me drop my bag, I was in the far corner past the freeport gate dropped a bag with a crested helm and a leering mask for on my warrior for my Rogue, I couldnt have been offline for more than oen minute, when i get there these two are walking in side by side away from where my bag was and it was gone, i begged and told them i had stuff in that bag and they ignored me, I offered them plat and even a power lvl for a lil while for it and they ignore me, please help i have like nothing in this game and I never thought I would meet jerks like this on here. makes me sick. Not really. If it did poof, I would have restored it, if I wasn't busy. If you'd asked someone else to transfer it, and they'd refused to give it to you, then you'd have a situation where something could be done. But dropping something on the ground, not really. Don't drop anything you can't afford to lose.
