The proper method to voice concerns about one of the staff members is to PM me or nilbog (or both of us), you do not troll the staff because you disagree with the forum rules or cry when you break them and they are enforced.

Furthermore, every action of a forum mod is logged. If they edit a post, it shows us the before and after of that post. If a post is deleted, it is still visible to all forum moderators (only nilbog and I have the ability to physically delete a post. A soft deletion, which is the power all the mods have, only hides the post from public view.).
