The spells file hasn't been modified since 3/28/10. AFAIK it doesn't need an update.

my pegasus cloak had unknown effect last night, still gave me lev but couldnt click it off the icon was solid red.

I have not tried since though.

the spell files got changes a patch or two ago, go back to the setup guide post and d/l new files

pegasus cloak still doesnt work, just downloaded new eqchanges zip and reloaded eq....tis be a no go!

Well the original request was that a note be added to the patch notes like:

Levi cloak now does different shit (please update your spell files)

maybe even provide them right there with a hyperlink! and one to porn.
