almost every single thread on here and server chathas some reference to this.
THE DEVS OF THIS SERVER HAVE SAID THEY WILL FOLLOW THE TIME LINE SO STOP COMPLAINING. xp hybrid pen will be gone in veliuos when they decide it fits timeline.

It became public knowledge during Kunark, and sudenly pickup groups were shunning hybrids like they were plague carriers. This is exactly the point in the timeline to be bitching about it.
