Lagging constantly.

I timed how frequently I lagged with a stopwatch. 15 seconds between each lag. During my lagging it lasts for about 5 seconds. It's like the games in slow motion but for those 15 seconds the game plays just fine. Any help would be much appreciated. :D

Did this just start today? I've been having issues with zoning and dropping game from LD then, also having random spikes that end in LDs just starting from when the server came back up.

This is coming from somebody who never has these problems usually.
