the correct Latin plural for penis is: penes
as of course, this is the same in Spanish. tu aliento huele como una banda de penes
Now, the English style plural -ises is sometimes preferred even in the medical field and is recognized as valid. -i is for -us (fungi) though we ride buses not bi's and such, and -ii is for -ius (radii), the problem is the singular penus often rolls off the tongue ;)
btw I dont just randomly think about penis i remembered when lolnoob became too physically sick to play Second Life anymore after taking a look at the shop of all the different kind of animal penises you can buy (cat, dog, seal)
