Fuck you (http://www.myfoxny.com/dpp/news/oversize-man-sues-white-castle-over-seats-20110911-NCX) if you think regular humans should go any distance to accommodate your grotesque deformity. Drug addicts aren't suing McD's for having bad toilet paper dispensers to snort coke off of. That you're addicted to legal compounds doesn't afford you special rights.
You are a walking joke. You made the choice to be an immobile jar of lard; get your fat fucking gut off of the seat rest on the plane. You obviously don't need to move to the fucking front door, let alone another state. You stink, regardless of your hygienic practices. Your rolls are sanctuary to smelly bacteria. The flora in your mouth have a sugary feast every 30 minutes; the floss doesn't make a dent. If you think your fast food experience needs to be more convenient, someone needs to put your entitled ass in the grave you're steering it toward a bit earlier.
Hopefully when the costs of Obamacare for obese slobs set in there will be a little more public pressure against these parasites. Remember death panels?

From a philosophical standpoint I'd like to see most fast food joints be sued into only serving food that actually benefit the human body instead of detract from it, that aside I do eat a big mac every blue moon to gorge that part of my soul.

I ate a cheeseburger from McDonald's the other day...that shit is like poison. Every once in a while I'll be going by a fast food place and the smell will make me want a burger or something...then I realize why I don't eat fast food. I guess Wendy's is supposedly alright compared to other places, but I haven't actually looked into it.

Turns out many studies show that fat people are less of a burden financially on the public in the long-term, because they tend to die at a younger age. Healthier people live longer and end up decomposing at a slow rate in hospitals due to cancer and other advanced illnesses.
I hope that thought (that fat people die younger on average) has put a smile on your face, because you seem to be a rather depressing and annoying bag of shit. Needless to say, I can only base this off what I read at this site. If you're a standup guy in real life, please accept my profuse apology.

if your sources indicate that fatties pose less of a financial burden than non-fatties, and aren't shitty, the amount of money they paid into the system was studied. If that amount was controlled for or ignored, the study does not lead to the conclusions you made in your first post.

"This throws a bucket of cold water onto the idea that obesity is going to cost trillions of dollars," said Patrick Basham, a professor of health politics at Johns Hopkins University who was unconnected to the study. He said that government projections about obesity costs are frequently based on guesswork, political agendas and changing science.
"If we're going to worry about the future of obesity, we should stop worrying about its financial impact," he said.
Van Baal described the paper as "a bookkeeping exercise" and said that governments should recognize that successful smoking and obesity prevention programs mean that people will have a higher chance of dying of something more expensive later in life.
So don't fret, young sprite. If we peer pressure fat people into losing weight, their shiftless asses will just mooch the system to a greater degree later in life.
The fatties you hate so much will die younger and unburden the insurance companies AND our economy will magically turn around and we'll all be riding in flying cars in no time.

this is an exaggeration ime but i have never lived in NYC for an appreciable amount of time. I found my bike infinitely more convenient than trying to jam a giant tin box through those cramped streets when I entered NYC by bike and hung out there a few weeks. But I've never tried to ride in a New York winter or anything, so I won't call you a retard.
I've found the same in Tokyo, Buffalo and a number of other urban areas with no bike infrastructure. I've been in pretty much every major US city on a bike. Always better than public transportation, always better than driving, and always fun.
The only real exceptions I've found are Texas and the South, where the people are of such low quality it's uncomfortable to be so much smaller than they are on the road.

i really dont mind this since it legitimizes bike travel and the cyclist's right as a vehicle to be on the road. A lot of Americans just don't think you should even be on a bike, even when you're doing something harmless like riding down the shoulder of a highway with only thru-traffic. it is federal law that you are allowed to ride on the road. You can ride legally anywhere in the US. Sidewalks are much more dangerous in general. Don't cave in to rednecks in F150s when safety is an issue!

We are too dependent on the automobile. We just drive out of parking lot, through the mcdonalds drivethru, to the driveway. Walk like 10 feet to the door. I ride a single speed, mostly because my rides don't need gears. ABQ is pretty flat, if I wanted to go mountain biking, I would have purchased a mountain bike. For inner-city riding, my single speed is fine.
I don't know why people h8 on fixies so much, tbh. I'm only going to talk shit to you if you don't have brakes. I mean, come on.
Nah nothing wrong with Fixed for casual riding... I recently bought a Trek FX 7.5 ... compared to my starter comfort bike (specialized expedition) it feels like I am riding on rainbows!

i use my bike as a car replacement, so i have to be able to carry large loads without blowing a knee. Fixies really are very practical commuters, require almost no maintenance to the whole drive train contraption.
But yeah when I need to pull a 150lb fridge over a hill i'm not doing it on a fixie

I use my bicycle for 90% of my commuting. If it's groceries, or something that's super far, I'll use my scooter. I haven't started my car in 3+ months. MY MOTHER WILL NOT LET ME GET RID OF IT.

what's so great about $2k bikes do they massage your nuts
you aren't going to win the tour de france on it but if you don't inject testosterone into your asshole you probably weren't shooting for that goal anyway
you can get a bike that will get you around for $200 or less.

What kind of bags do you guys bike with? I think Messenger is pretty traditional. Biking with a normal backpack kind of sux, imo.

Makes me wonder what kind of recruits they've been getting.

Sorry man, I feel like I've really disappointed you. I gave you evidence that fatties die younger, I thought you'd be ecstatic.
I take it you didn't even read that article. Their whole study is based on a model they created. It also states this:
The study did not take into account other potential costs of obesity and smoking, such as lost economic productivity or social costs.
Anyone can create their own studies from scratch and have it "prove" whatever side they want.
One study I often find hilarious is the one that links coffee to heart disease. The problem is, people who drink coffee generally do so because they didn't get much sleep the night before. So is the heart disease a result of the coffee or the fact that they aren't getting much sleep? And then there are other factors such as are they more easily stressed out on a daily basis and a reason they drink coffee is to try to stay awake on the job and perform a higher level... leading to even more stress? This list goes on....
Fat people boost the economy because they buy what 6-8 times the food you do!
Farmers would be starving without fat people!
I think there's a misconception that fat people eat more than skinny people. People that are in great shape typically have to eat a lot because they're burning a lot of calories. Michael Phelps eats 10k calories a day while Manny Pacquiao eats 7k. You can also make a healthy nice size meal at home that might be about 600 calories, while if you go out to a restaurant, the same size meal could be closer to 1500-2000 calories.
