I have talked to the barbarian and ogre several times, and searched the zone for him for many hours, had help with searching the zone for many hours, had trackers help me search for him for many hours. He doesnt exist, he doesnt spawn. Quest appears to be broken. I search all info on sir hobble past and present that eists on the internet. I have used that info to try and locate him every which way possible. I have some to conclusion that he just isnt spawning.
