best zones for an unguilded 40 Cleric LFG?

Hello all. I have been away from P99 for four years and I just returned back the other day. I logged in and soloed for a few hours with my 46 Druid in the dreadlands. It was fun and I'm excited to start playing my cleric again as well.

Speaking of my 40 Cleric, he's currently camped in Cazic Thule. Is that a good place to find a group for an unguilded 40 cleric? Or is there a better hot spot these days that I should move him to?

City of mist is the go to dungeon for the 40s, best place to find a pick up group for your level.

Sadly, CT is dead these days - and the literal only zone people in that level range go to PuG these days is City of Mist.

There's lots of other places I'd recommend - but they require you bringing your own group. CT is one of them. Sol B is also fantastic. So is Lower Guk.
