Erud's Crossing Island

What's the deal with the "gravethread prophet" and the "crypt whisperer" on the island in Erud's crossing? I went there as a fresh 12 to farm willowisps and this red ghoul killed me repeatedly. I had to leave the island.

I can't find anything about this mob on the internet. Is it a part of the Halloween event?

Yes that is an Event Mob; it is red to a 21 Druid. Supposedly drops the corrupted body part, but is too high to take down to confirm

Its a fun event for all the wizards to get together and fight at low level, where if they do they are rewarded with a useless junk trash loot item for a class that exists on the other side of the fucking world.
