So I have tried two different strategies to get the 3 "Piece of Totem"s
The first one - Killing Froglok Ton Warriors in Firiona Vie. As far as I can tell, these are not dropping the "Piece of Totem," and only the "Ton Warrior Totem." I have spent a few days here trying.
The Second one - Recommended on ZAM. Killing Ton Warriors in SoNH by the iksar bandit camp. As far as I can tell, Froglok Ton Warriors are not even spawning in SoNH on this server. This, based on a ton of comments, has to be an error.
Based on the comments I have seen on the following threads:

The pieces are common drops in both FV and SoNH, and the Ton Warrior Totem is the rare drop. There should be common spawns around the Iksar Bandit Camp in the North of SoNH, and even some spawning in the Froglok city of Krup. In FV, they should also be dropping the pieces.
