i was thinkin the same thing just the other day. i used to do heavy farming of places like sebilis years ago. made a bunch of plat so that i didnt have to farm the stuff anymore and could just buy it. but now nobodys doing those camps anymore, so the items are scarce.

time to head back to those camp spots for the items, i guess

Lol no it's not it's just basic supply and demand working as intended

It arrives in many ways: Sellers being unwilling to lower prices, which makes those items hard to sell, which makes people farm them less because they now have a reputation of being "hard to sell". If this item is "worth" 50k but I hear it takes six months to sell, I'd rather just farm stuff that sells for 3k like hotcakes and make that 50k much faster because time is money (and plat).
