Serious Issue with High Elf Man Armor Tint

Breastplate of Eradication on my male high elf paladin is not displaying the armor tint. It appears to look golden, like thurgadin plate armor. On every other race, the tint is "storm dust" (kind of a grey steel) as listed on the wiki.

This is a horrendous and horrible bug that must be addressed. Thank you!

* Nilbog: Ancient Wurm Hide Robe, Chestplate of Vindication, and Breastplate of Eradication use Velious textures [Sep2001]

Pretty sure because of how strong the color is of base velious plate bp (https://wiki.project1999.com/File:Fashion_velious_highelf.jpg) for a high elf. That you will not notice a tint. Maybe its a bug, but posting photos would also help plead your case instead of :(
