Curious how many people would consider rerolling for the sake of a fresh leveling community. Is this something that has happened in the past or ever been attempted by the community?

Yes, it's part of the P99's master plan. Characters won't be "re-rolled" though, only servers. All characters on Green will move to Blue, and then a fresh "Green 2.0" (some like to call it "Gold") will be released. In theory, it will all be very similar to how Green 1.0 was originally released.

However, no one knows when the staff will execute on said plan, and it's very possible that such a "re-roll" will be years away. Also, the staff could always change their plans.

There are solo self found and permadeath aka discord type guilds, if that is what you are getting at...

Appreciate the responses. Was hoping for a good group of people to start fresh with. May have to way for a server forced version of it lol.

Thank you.

Closest example without a server reset/release would be bot armies, all the top guilds are constantly rolling new toons to be used as guild bots. The current meta is working towards a world where nobody ever has to move a character, when any given mob spawns anywhere in the game there is an army of bots dedicated to killing that mob and X number of people just have to log in those characters.

Nothing that would represent a classic or fresh server with a bunch of people playing and gearing their first character.
