Can't get log files to write. /log on does nothing

The last log files I have are from 10 FEB 25. I have tried rebooting, /log on several times. No green or blue log files.

Any ideas? I can't use GINA or maps.

Is your install inside Program Files? If so the client has no permissions to write files there

When this happens, it uses the AppData folder. It should be something like:
C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest

By default the AppData folder is hidden. You can go to the View drop down and Show Hidden items or type the folder path directly in the top bar
