I considered it. Got a character to 55 actually. It was boring. You think medding and waiting for spawns/regen is boring? 80% of in game time on red is spent prepping for the chance of pvp encounters.

This game was clearly not designed for PVP, and it was implemented as an afterthought, and it absolutely shows. Red sucks.

Dang. I found the server to be very supportive when I was soloing Hatespawn my half elf warrior to 60. Even the people that would rarely Pk me were friendly and helpful when I needed it.

Try going into COM :), there are 3-4 wizards that sit on top of the arena roof just waiting to log in and stop people from leveling ^ ^ (Last I checked)

Dont get me wrong I met some very nice people (mostly pumice members) but I do believe long term raid gear goals are hard there with many just looking to deny high end gear goals.

If there was a Red reset, I'd be in.

Currently there is a few VERY toxic players who literaly only log in to deny other people a good time.

PvP is great, when it's semi-balanced, but between bow-quest and some guy who deleveld himself with raid gear JUST to ruin Mistmoore, I can't say it's a good experience.

I have two 60's there, raided with <Perdition>, nice people exist for sure on Red, but since there is no GM presence, you will get trained and PVP'ed and lose hours of time to CR's that you just can't avoid.

OOC chat is global and you're pretty much watching folks say derogatory terms the whole time. I mean the phrase "Shitter Down" is used on almost every PvP kill (since PvP kills are globally announced). Just a generally obnoxious place with the toxic people in it right now.

I think people SHOULD try it, but I don't think they'll enjoy the current state of it.
