Can not retrieve my 56 Shaman

Need help retreiving my 56 Shaman. Last played about 4 yrs ago.

I have my usr/pswd for my eqemu and project 1999.

Completed the download of Titanium and P99.

When I login to the game I am told my password is not valid.
The pswd I use is correct.

Is it possible my 56 Shaman has been erased from the server?

I did see a page that recommends I merge my forum and game login info.
I had no success doing that.

Hoping someone can provide me with some helpful input.

Forum accounts and game accounts are not the same

There was a purge before green launched but it was something like under lvl 5 characters that were inactive. Your 56 shaman should still be there, you just have to find where its at

If this is the forum account you created the loginserver (game) account with you'd be able to see the usernames for them here: https://www.project1999.com/account/?LS

If they are on EQEmu they have something similar https://www.eqemulator.org/account/?LS

When I use the first link you gave me the msg is...
"You currently have no Loginserver Accounts. Create one Here."

When I use the second link you gave me the msg is...
"File not found"

What should be my next step?

When I try to create a login usr/pswd the msg is
"The account already exist."

When I try to log into the game the msg is
"Invalid password"

I believe the account creation system used to work a bit differently. How long ago did you create your eqemu forum / game server / p99 forum accounts?

Its called a Loginserver account, the EQEmu site should have a link on the left side once logged in. I dont have an account there, but it should look similar to the p99 one

My forum and game username is not the same

You have to find the forum account the characters were created with. So its not Cinamdar one on p99

So you have another p99 forum account or it could be a EQEmu forum account

I went to the page you recommended and chose reset password using SMS.
Now I can log into the game. If I ever meet you in RL I owe you a cold beer.
