Help - Character Gone

I logged into Green today and my character was gone. How could this have happened?

Could be a glitch, from time to time when my character selection screen loads up its blank. After a brief moment of panic I log out and log back into the server and it corrects.

Also make sure you didn't accidently log into the wrong server (accidently clicked blue or red before)
