I think the staff likes it this way.

If they didn't they could double the penalties for raid rule violations, assess greater penalties for failed lawyerquest petitions, and within a month I guarantee you'd see less lawyerquesting. The fact that they haven't suggests they're happy with the status quo.

I think that's how you get TMO.

The problem with this is that you can't control for bad actors. If people were generally good and considerate, it would work, but people are selfish assholes.

Firstly, hoops (or rather all life taps) are nerfed on p99.

Secondly a bunch of adventurers feeding on the life force of a dragon is clearly what Brad intended.

Sullon Zek live, zero customer support, no rules, train, kill steal, scam, gank, pvp 6-60 outside major cities. No rules, wild West, best experience ever. I quite live after the merger to Zek with rallos rule set.
