Ban was not lifted after a 7 day ban

Hello. My ban has been way over the 7 day limit - I am unable to log in as the message still says ban.
Tried to find the proper place to post but I was unsuccessful.

Any help will be grateful. Thanks

I believe there is differnt wording for ban and suspended. If it says "ban" I believe that a perma?

It'll tell you you're banned when you're ticking down on a suspension. This happened to me about 10 years ago, afk'd in the EC tunnel - someone reported my SK's name and I came back to see my account was "banned". This was the Amelinda ($$) era.

If anyone told me while I was afk I was getting a 24/48 hour suspension I missed it and might have considered the "banned" message as just that and never tried to log it in again.

Also always remember there is 100% success rate for ban reversal on p99 for calling Rogeans boss 100% of the time it happened it was successful.
