When you get Torpor you aren't going to be wearing Fungi most of the time. You'll switch to Vindi BP or a Velious Chest. You won't have the -10 AGI at that point.

5 AGI/WIS/STA isn't going to be noticeable whichever way you slice it, I wouldn't worry about it.

You might as well put the 5 points into AGI, then you won't have to worry about AGI buffing yourself, or getting a piece of equipment with AGI on it.

I only have +15 AGI from gear so with most of my slots filled with raid gear. If I chose to use https://wiki.project1999.com/Onyx_Chain_Leggings instead for fashion and https://wiki.project1999.com/Eye_of_Cazic_Thule for the HP/Mana, I would be at +0 AGI, and wearing a Vindi BP instead, which means I would be at 75 AGI exactly via starting stats.

I don't think so.

You get 2 HP regen fron Vindi BP actually, plus 15 all resists. This is very useful on a shaman, as they have no reliable spell interrupt method. The extra AC helps too.

Once you get Torpor, damage spikes from things like spells are a bigger problem than losing some HP regen. Fungi is only a 5% boost to regeneration when you are getting 300 HP/tick.

You can buy from a guild you like better.

Yes. Getting nuked for 1000 damage during a four minute fight is much worse than losing ~600 HP worth of regen. That could instantly kill you if you are lower on health. Resistances are very nice on a Shaman in the endgame.

Fungi is the best thing you can get for a chest piece while leveling. But you aren't going to care about whether or not you put 5 points into AGI while leveling with a Fungi lol. The starting stats matter more if you make it to the endgame.

The problem with P99 server is that you can't improve yourself beyond the basic annoying stuff.

You'll always fizzle no matter what and Rangers will always be crap.

When you ding 60 and get the raid loot, if you get that opportunity that is, you've got nothing to use the raid loot on.

Sadly, live EQ should be the answer but it isn't not yet anyway.

If I ever win the lottery I'm gonna buy EQ and create an official custom classic server which goes a step or 2 beyond Velious and it will be 100% free to play on forever.

I would assume so. This would mean that having better AC would also mean your runes aren’t getting removed as fast as well, correct? Since the rune is ultimately taking less total damage?

I just meant that if you have significantly more survivability from, say, raid gear, you are sorta triple dipping. You have more health from your gear. You have a reduction of incoming damage to your health. You also have a reduction in incoming damage to your shield, which is also a reduction in cost to your mana from having to re-apply shields earlier

I've done drugs too but I didn't act like that. But let's face it, the players in those types of guilds have no souls. They are blood sucking parasites. They take the most and give the least.
