Careful what you wish for. Most big guilds are like 10 core people bamboozling a bunch of warmbodies to get them the loot they want. No matter how much dkp you earn most guilds will have members who get pissed off if you bid on something over a more neckbeardy senior member if it's something he wanted and you don't sit at the cool kids table. It's just a miserable experience honestly.

If you're a class they really need they might kiss your ass at first, but don't expect to have a great time if you're new shaman #264

Yes absolutely, that's why I'm saying it to this person who wants to join one of these guilds. Be prepared to be in game 24\7 or share your account if you want the best loot. That's the nature of classic raiding; be really miserable most of the time but when you do get something it feels so good.

honestly the 10 core ppl are getting bamboozled cuz i was looting green dragon scales amongst other things by slaying a level 20 kobold once an hour
