like i would much rather pay 5p for a stack of bone chips compared to going all the way out to kurns tower and stealing noob mobs from players who actually need them

like you can kill 4 halflings and have 50p and get 10 stacks of bone chips a million times faster

Nerfing halfling spears 10+ years into a servers life makes it a lot harder for new players ngl (which I don’t believe to be classic; they aren’t nerfed on TLP whereas treants on TLP are actually nerfed)

I used to make 50k soloing them to 50, so all the high prices for items seemed super reasonable

It reminds me now of why millennials complain about real estate in America

The change on p99 is that they spawn super slow in misty thicket

Even on TLP they still spawn every 6 minutes

I know this because when mischief launched I farmed them on my cleric and bought several krono this way back when krono was going for 600p

From what I can tell they were never nerfed on live

Just the actual guard gates were super buffed (which is also the case on p99)
