Is Jaundiced Bone Bracer a waste of money at my level?

I'm level 48, and will likely hit level 49 tonight. Someone said you mostly only use the JBB between 45-50? So I'm like curious if this is true, or if this is an item I will actually need at high level in order to min/max, thus making it a wise investment?

I recently came into some $$$ because of the 100% loot bonus, but I would rather save the money for my level 56 DoT since it cost like 18K and I'm paranoid if I spend the money now, I won't make 18K again by level 56.

I know this isn't the Shaman forum, but I feel like this is the only forum people really post on??

I think it will be, especially if you don't have your epic already.

But more importantly, it will be a whole lot more useful than plat in the bank, or anything else you could buy with that plat. If you get enough for a fungi or epic, just sell the JBB.

I like my jbb a lot and would recommend as I still use mine at 54 and see myself using it a lot in certain situations.

JBB is a great leveling tool from level 45-60. If you are low on cash, it is the beat investment you can make to level faster.

Why pay plat for anything? Just join a guild and get it all for 1 DKP each. Epic is meh. JBB nice, but being 60 with Torpor and Canni 4 is better than anything else.

I didn’t try JBB till about 4 years into level 60. I gotta say, i really like it. It’s a great safety net and just seems alleviate a lot of canni dance balancing stress.

Flipping is always risky, but in today's market, an item like a JBB is a good place to park your plat in the worst case. If you can make some use out of it, and more importantly, consider your overall financial plans and how much wiggle room you can afford, I think acquiring a basic piece of good gear, at a fair price is a strong BUY from me.

Agreed. JBB is one of those items that has a stable price. You will never see it's price plummet. You will always get most of your plat back, and maybe more depending on the market.

Any free damage clicky is nice to have though and you'll be surprised how many situations arise in which they save you cause you effed up and almost died. You just never tell anybody those stories, obviously.

Barbarian obviously best race. The whole class was clearly designed around barbs, and then they just outsourced it to trolls and ogres.

Cmon though, all the wolf references in the epic quest and spell names, canni 2 is literally called mcmerrin's feast, the pet is a wolf. Case closed. Yeah yeah, ogres have frontal stun immunity, which is hardly a fair tradeoff for being fat as shit and hated everywhere.

In order of Looks and Fashion. For abilities though, Ogre for FSI. Troll is nice for regen, but pointless once you have Torpor. Too bad we can't play froggies shamans. Iksar should just be deleted.

100% get the JBB. Worst case scenario you lose a couple k when you resell at the benefit of getting a couple Million worth of free damage.
