I would just like a voluntary progression server setup.

Three servers, one Classic, one Kunark, one Velious. You can clone your character up to the next expansion server with gear one time whenever you'd like. That way you could play / raid each era of EQ whenever you'd like in era appropriate gear, it'd be fun to get BIS in each era.

I used to think, having never been higher than mid 40's levels in original Everquest, that I could eventually get to such a high P99 character level that fizzles would almost stop happening completely or stop bothering me

I start getting excited once I hit 3 in a row on like a level 8 spell because 5 fizzles in a row is the mega millions RNG jackpot I can't seem to hit
