Hispanics don’t seem to be as blindly tribalistic as blacks, it could be possible for them to shift right. If it does, it would begin with a continual border crisis spilling into the southwest. A toss up IMO. It really depends what happens in the next like 8 years. If they can do that I think they'd have a plenty good chance at competing in both state and national elections.
