Necro Lifetaps

Is there just no way to restore necro life taps to land on dragons?
The Spell is suppose to be nearly irresistible
Necro's should be able to life tap up during fights..
If this is suppose to be close to classic without grame breaking - Add cast time to earring Ivandry's Hoop or whatever.. :( Just asking.. I know the chardok life tap works.. but Deflux and all should work

Sounds like you got bit by belly casters. You need to be in melee range to hit them, if you're outside of melee range it'll just tell you all your spells are resisted.
