At this point I'm sure we would all love custom content in the classic spirit, Ultima Online Outlands does this better than any private server I have ever seen, but that is for UO and not EQ. I wouldn't hold your breath about anything happening on P99, the passion for the project seems to be at an all-time low from a dev standpoint (at least the complete non-communication about ANY sort of direction would indicate that)

Beastlords get double attack at 71 on live I think, as a skill. You can get AA before that to add double attacks, too.

Source: been leveling a beast on live for two weeks, at 67 now, looking forward to more double attacks. Great class, with a tank merc I was chewing through all kinds of stuff.
