When the devs took a moment from buffing monks to look and notice velious dropped zero warrior slashers, and all the ratios were 10-20 points behind the other melee

probably a couple weeks into luclin

I could have sworn I read a comment by a dev on these forums suggesting that they would consider upgrading BoC to the luclin stats after green reached the final patch and they were working on the potential custom content for blue.

I can't for the life of me find it though.

It’d be a legendary troll for them to upgrade it with the proc and stick a custom NODROP tag on it.
