brother qwinn question

Has anyone seen Brother Qwinn spawn in SK in the last month or so? Is there a possibility the recent changes to Quillmane impacted this spawn?

I only ask because i have been trying to get him to spaawn (killing the PH's for green line per the wiki) since Tuesday at 5-6 hours per evening, and then since about 10am this morning and still nothing.

I wouldn't recommend anyone "camp" Brother Qwinn by killing his 20-minute placeholders. You should go do something else fun and check the zone every couple of days. Or even every day. When he happens to be up, see if you can gather some friends and kill him. You'll get it.
