Disarm Trap is available to train at level 30, however in game it doesn't show as a level requirement. Because of this you may attempt to put a practice point into it and receive the message, "Error: Skill at cap value. Training Failed." You still lose the training point that you attempted to use.

This also applies to Pick Lock.
